What is CSS?

CSS is an attended screening process that purges out all listed business telephone numbers contained in a sample file and then dials the remaining portion of the file to screen out non-working and additional business numbers. CSS will purge out up to 85% of the non-productive numbers in a sample file. CSS will also identify any ported cellular telephone number contained in an RDD sample.

How do I get CSS?

CSS services can be obtained by contacting one of our account representatives via e-mail or telephone.

What do I get?

CSS will return a screened file with the non-productive numbers removed. The non-productive numbers can be returned separately and dispositioned accordingly.
