Optional PRO-T-S Modules
The base PRO-T-S system provides research call centers with the ability for manual dial, autodial and monitoring capabilities. Also, included with the base system is Digital Sound Management (DSM) which allows recording of specific questions, multiple questions or the whole interview and playback capabilities.
