Optional PRO-T-S® Modules
The base PRO-T-S® system provides research call centers with manual dial, autodial and monitoring capabilities. Also, included with the base system is Digital Sound Management (DSM) which allows recording of specific questions, multiple questions or the whole interview and playback capabilities.
Below are some optional modules available for use with PRO-T-S:
Dialing module for PRO-T-S® that provides higher response rates and increased dialing efficiencies for any project.
A comprehensive set of integrated tools designed to aid the researcher in the retrieval and playback of recordings captured via PRO-T-S®.
Remote Interviewer Module
Enables interviewers, physically located away from the centralized interviewing facility, to operate as if they were in the facility itself.
Inbound Automatic Call Distribution
Manage inbound calls with ACD, call queuing with music on hold, recorded call announcement, and warm transfer to external party.
Interviewers can transfer a call to an IVR system, an IVR service bureau or another call center (e.g. a client customer service operation) either inside or outside their physical location.
PRO-T-S® has integrated with many IVR systems to provide multi-mode survey support. The ARCS IVR data collection system offered by MSG offers a powerful tool for collecting survey data.
Remote Audio Monitoring
Provides your clients or staff with the ability to monitor interviewers from outside the interviewing facility.
VoIP/Interfaces to VoIP
This module allows PRO-T-S® to interface with various VoIP solutions – from a simple onsite connection to a carriers IP gateway - all the way up to more complex VoIP implementations.
