    Hosted ARCS

MSG offers hosting for the ARCS hardware and software. We provide the infrastructure and give you the access to the powerful ARCS software.

ARCS® is a complete focus group recruiting and market research data collection tool. As a robust survey panel management system, ARCS® will assist you in controlling data in your consumer panelist database. ARCS® organizes, categorizes and provides real-time snapshots of your panelists. It also streamlines the recruiting processes by automating the process of identifying, selecting and recruiting survey participants. As the system creates such an efficient recruiting process cost and time savings are passed on to you.

In addition the recently redesigned questionnaire builder can handle just about any research project; providing market researchers an invaluable tool in data collection. The ARCS® use of both IVR surveys and web survey software allows researchers to custom design automated surveys that meet or exceed the objectives of any study.
