Using either the IVR or Web modules, the ARCS system can contact existing panelists or others who are not in the consumer panel database. Questions can be recorded using the automated recruiting function. Data can be gathered for consumer opinions, customer satisfaction studies or simply to update the panelist database. The collected data can be forwarded to virtually any statistical package and put into the panelist record for future use.
