Remote Audio Monitoring

The Remote Monitoring module allows for secure, passcode protected dial-in access for clients or project managers. The module requires from 1 to 4 analog lines to be installed and connected into PRO- T-S®. Calling one of the designated remote monitoring telephone numbers, PRO- T-S® answers and pre-recorded voice prompts guide you through the process of initiating a remote monitoring session.

• Individual study passcode
• Interviewer's extension

After entering the system passcode, you are able to navigate through available studies and interviewers without needing to dial in again. You are able to switch to different interviewers within a study or change to another study and set of interviewers.
