PRO-T-S NG

The Next Generation of the PRO-T-S dialer is set to be released. PRO-T-S NG includes a number of enhancements so as to improve the supervisor experience and get a good handle on interviewer performance.

The new and improved user interface is easy to navigate and provides the data you need right at your fingertips. The NG software now enables higher density hardware for the ability to have more stations in one physical dialer. NG also provides support for multiple clients, you can quickly and easily move from one dialer interface to another. The ability to support a software based dialing system is built right in for maximum flexibility. Additional printable real-time reports and interviewer data are now also readily available.
