CATI System Interfaces

MSG interfaces with the following CATI software systems:

MSG currently integrates with IBM SPSS Quancept via the third party software Kalonymous. The PRO-T-S system has active systems in production using this interface. PRO-T-S has been tested and verified to support dialing, monitoring and recording functionalities.

The PRO-T-S outbound dialer solution does not require integration with a separate PBX in order to operate. We have, in the past, interfaced with a number of PBX systems from vendors such as: Cisco IP-PBX, Lucent Ge, Siemens Rolm/HiCom, Televector and Asterisk IP-PBX.
