Automated Panel Recruiting

ARCS gives you the ability to create studies and qualifying questionnaires with branching and quota capabilities. By using either IVR or web technologies your panelists will be contacted, qualified and recruited with minimal effort and minimal labor. The ARCS system will continue contacting your panelists until the study/sessions are filled.

The ARCS system will screen your consumer panelist database through a series of user-defined qualifying questions. The questions can be recorded on a PC using your voice to be played through the phone via IVR. The same questions can be displayed via a link on the Web. By using either method, data can be collected from panelists who perform at-home product testing or panelists may also be recruited to come to a central location test.

The collected data can be forwarded to virtually any statistical package and put into the panelist record for future use. Since ARCS does the recruiting using automated technologies your labor is cut significantly, saving you time and money.
